Refund and Return Policy — NX Tech

At NX Tech, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned: opened earphones or earbuds for hygiene reasons, items marked as final sale, and gift cards.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@nxtech.co.uk.

Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
