1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Times Standard Delivery (UK): 3–5 business days Express Delivery (UK): 1–2 business days International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination

3. Shipping Costs Standard UK Shipping: £3.99 Free Standard Shipping on orders over £30 Express Shipping: £7.99 International Shipping: calculated at checkout

4. Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

5. Delays NX Tech is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. International Orders Customers outside the UK may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
